Samuel who was supporting me throughout the letting process was extremely helpful and couldn’t be anymore understanding. It was a stressful time for me but he was always reassuring and genuine. If I could give a minus rating I would. AVOID at all costs. Put an offer in on one property that was NOT put forward until advised by another agent that they legally have to put all offers forward. Contacted this agent to say same & was told they’d now happily do this what was my offer, I said the same as will be in your records after my viewing…there was nothing on record. Months after this the property appeared on the market for £30k less than I’d originally offered this is after returning to the market several times. The seller could have had £30k more & completed a lot sooner due to me being a cash buyer with no chain & the said property being empty. Blatant lies told to my Solicitor that I’d been made fully aware of holes/damage to carpets by themselves & the seller - I’d never even met the seller! The property was rented out & many faults were covered. Sales details included items in kitchen, everything had been removed due to it being owned by the tenant-including induction hob in details but no cut out in work surface! I relayed all of this & was told the property was worth £240-£250k, I’m £10k in on putting this property in a liveable state & not yet finished, but no way does this make it £250k let alone more. Their loyalty is to their sellers & getting the best price possible is one response I was given when I pointed out the faults I was not aware of until the tenant had moved out. I moved in & had a problem that I requested advice from the seller via this company, seller couldn’t help so they said if I gave them the information they’d like to be helpful in researching this on my behalf and would call me back…..mmm no call back received. The unprofessional & rudeness of some staff is unbelievable let alone unacceptable.

GoogleFrom initially putting our house on the market to the recent exchange of contracts we have been well looked after. All the staff we dealt with have been friendly and efficient and chased up solicitors when required. Lee Mortier has also been very helpful liaising with our buyer and keeping us informed.

Having lost a purchase earlier on in my search, Minors and Brady pulled out all the stops to help me find me the perfect property for me. Having agreed the purchase, i was assigned Caitlin Cannell to see the purchase through to completion and I could not praise her highly enough for her courtesy and professional attitude to making the process as worry free as possible. Could not do enough for me and my husband after a bad experience with another estate agent, Minors and Brady came to our rescue and got our home sold and found us an even better home than one we were previously looking at. Could not recommend them enough, and even once our house had been sold and we had bought a new home we didn’t think we would hear anything else from them as this is what we had experienced before with other estate agents. How wrong we were, almost immediately we had a call from a lovely lady called Caitlin checking in on how we were and making sure that all was going well with the solicitors that they had recommended. The way that this estate agents treats it’s clients is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble will definitely be using this estate agents again in the future. A protracted sale, due to the various factors of the various legal teams once buyers had been found through minor & Brady. Many hurdles to cross and frustrating at times to say the least but Rosie Turley of Minors & Brady kept smiling through! Good and frequent communication and a positive attitude throughout.
