Our property was on the market for a long time with a national estate agent. Transferred to Minors and Brady and got it sold. They're very committed and hard working. Jessica Kemp as the sales progressor helped us every step of the way and was always available on the end of the phone.

Minors & Brady have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. The photography really captured my house in its best light, viewings were organised efficiently and communication was always easy with both the sales and after sales team. Rosie in particular really helped move my sale along; always responding quickly, promptly managing my requests, while offering advice and expertise along the way. All in all, the team have been fantastic and I will definitely be using Minors & Brady in the future.

Very impressed with the service provided by Minors & Brady, they have a seamless process throughout, from marketing our property to booking in potential buyers to moving over to the after sales team, all members of staff have been polite friendly and professional. Claire from the after-sales team has been outstanding, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough, she has gone above and beyond helping out and ensuring that our sale went through. She’s been on hand whenever I have needed to speak with her and has kept us updated with every step throughout our sale. Highly recommended to anyone & would defiantly use them again.

From the start Minors and Brady were so much better than our previous agents. As we struggled to go towards completion, and when we were kept waiting - pushed from pillar to post by the solicitors, Rosie at Minors and Brady always fought our corner. We are only at the viewing stage at the moment but I had such a positive experience being shown around one of the properties by one of the estate agents Emily. She was able to help me vision different things in the house and different ideas that could be taken forward and gave me time to view it carefully without feeling rushed. We viewed 2 properties yesterday in Lowestoft - the first in our first-time-buyers journey.The initial booking of the viewings was very easy, with office staff being extremely helpful and taking the time to explain and talk me through things.Both viewings were with Hannah who was very friendly and cheerful, instantly making me feel at ease. I'd prepped some questions to ask about the properties, which I didn't end up needing to ask, as Hannah had already answered them whilst showing the houses in the first place.All in all, I can't fault the experience I have received with Minors and Brady so far!

Had nothing but good experiences with minors and Brady. The agents are all really helpful and friendly. I have regular contact with them as in the process of selling my property. Went to view a property yesterday with agent Hannah she is also the agent that’s been showing people round my property and is doing a wonderful job at attracting viewings for me. She is really friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. Defo recommend minors and Brady to others.
