GoogleListed my home with Minors and Brady signing up for a higher fee than competitors due to them promising the best customer service. All my viewings I had to do myself, cancelled viewings blaming our availability despite not even knowing about a viewing, buyers wanting to view house but told cannot facilitate. Worst customer experience I've ever had, salesman who promises the world and delivers nothing!

TrustpilotVery good service
Minors & Brady Ltd has helped me to arrange viewing for the property and also to go through the application on the same day without any delay. Beth Linton, Senior Lettings Consultant, gave me a clear information regarding the procedures and have helped me with making the holding deposit. Thanks to all the staff for helping me throughout the procedure.Kind RegardsMilton

The house was very disappointing as not all information had been provided beforehand, some of which would have stopped us viewing it .That said Mia was fantastic and very professional.

TrustpilotProfessional and Enthusiastic
We viewed a cottage in a remote part of Suffolk. Hanna showed us round and was marvelous. She was informative, proactive in trying to sell us the features and benefits of the property and was thoroughly professional. She was also very creative with ideas about what could be done to the property. It was a pleasure being shown the property by her.

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent advice from Bradley when he valued our property. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciated the time he spent answering our questions. We were assisted by Connor in dealing with the sale. His service and communication were first class. I cannot fault the support he has given us, thank you.

TrustpilotA good move
The sale of my property has been a lengthy and sometimes frustrating process involving a chain of buyers/sellers. Nagilla Santos and the Dereham team have been friendly and helpful throughout and steered me through to a welcome exchange of contracts. I am grateful for their hard work and sound advice and would heartily recommend Minors & Brady.

TrustpilotI have rented for over 20 years with…
I have rented for over 20 years with pretty various letting agents and have never had no issues, problems in turn it has always been a great helpful, professional and joyful experience. They have always been amazing. Though, Minor & Brady are the worst estate agency and I would not recommend anyone letting through them. They are sexist towards woman and especially mothers with children. They are racial discrimination, biased and discriminative. Never in my life I have been ill treated under the discriminatory act, They pretty much said if a man is not on a contract you are no good. On top they are thieves and NEVER give them your holding deposit money. They stole over £500 of me. And I’m sure this has happened to many other individuals that they rob from, I regret using them and now that I have proceeded such a smooth and pleasant let with another agency elsewhere I feel nothing but regret and frustration ever coming across Minor & Brady letting team in Norwich.

TrustpilotGreat communication.
From start to finish, we have been so impressed with the service we’ve received. From the initial valuation with Kian through to aftersales with Claire Wilson, the service has been top notch. Communication really is key and Claire’s communication was bang on! 5 week turnaround from offer to completion! Thank you so much!!

TrustpilotI can’t fault Minors & Brady Lowestoft
I can’t fault Minors & Brady Lowestoft, their service and communication levels for our recent purchase were excellent. I can genuinely say I don’t normally have nice things to say about estate agents. However in this case they were excellent from start to finish. Cassandra Creak especially made the whole process a breeze. We never had to chase her for progress, she gave us regular updates and was always happy to help with any queries.

Easy to arrange viewings. Hannah was very professional and knowledgeable. Would be nice to have some continuity and deal with Hannah for our feedback the next day too rather than someone else.
