TrustpilotExcellent viewing experience
Emily Bygrave did an excellent job showing me around a cottage near North Walsham. She was friendly, knew her stuff about the property, and, I thought, struck the right balance between trying to sell the place and leave me to make up my own mind. It's generally a pleasure dealing with Minors & Brady, something that, unfortunately, can't always be said about the estate agents we've come across during our Norfolk property search.

TrustpilotPersistence
As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Minors and Brady persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Jasmin's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion was first class. I hope to have the opportunity to use Minors and Brady again. Many thanks. Ross

TrustpilotConnie is an absolute star!
Connie has taken time to send me properties that fit my criteria. She has organised external/ virtual viewings for me as I live 4 hours away and it's a challenge finding the time to come up. This means I'm able to gain access to this market which is very fast moving and competitive. Thanks, Connie. You are absolutely brilliant at your job!

TrustpilotThanks Ruby!
After being let down the last 2 days on the trot by 2 other estate agents it was a breath if fresh air to be met at the property by Ruby who was very welcoming and efficient, she was also able to answer all of our questions again something quite rare these days as all our other viewings we have been told to contact the office with any questions.

GoogleMinors & Brady at the Wroxham office have been amazing during my time with them. Samuel who was supporting me throughout the letting process was extremely helpful and couldn’t be anymore understanding. It was a stressful time for me but he was always reassuring and genuine. I am still in contact with the Wroxham office with Lexi who is also very helpful and supportive! Thank you very much!

GoogleWe were so pleased that we chose to sell our property with Minor and Brady! Not only did they find a buyer within a week, they negotiated a fantastic price for us, a lot more than we were expecting! Their After Sale team was also exceptional with Gina, Lauren N and Jasmine all working really hard for us. All three were a breath of fresh air, with lovely positive personalities and 'can do' attitudes. We really felt that they were rooting for everything to go through successfully for us and thanks to them and the other members of the Minor and Brady team- it did! I would not hesitate in recommending Minor and Brady to others and I would definitely choose them again.

Our thanks go to Ange Henderson for her handling of our house sale. I have had dealings with Ange on three separate occasions and she has always done a fantastic job of finding a buyer in a matter of weeks. Her follow up is always timely and helpful too.
