Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.

Minors & Brady were very proactive and professional throughout the whole sale and purchase process. For no fault of their own our original purchase fell through just before Christmas but they managed our buyer's expectations well and kept everyone in the loop. The sales progression team initially, Jamie and then Julia Pauluch, were particularly enthusiastic and kept in touch and communicated with all parties on a very regular basis. Without their help and tenacity we very much doubt our eventual purchase would have come to successful conclusion.
