Charlie came and valued our house and was so nice to deal with , really polite and friendly and we sold in a day which was fantastic. I have been dealing with Minors and Brady for various house viewings - recently I had a viewing with Lewis who was exceptionally good. Not only was Lewis at the door waiting for me a few minutes before the appointment, he knew the property details well and could answer all the questions I had. So overall a very good experience and I’d be keen on working with them again.

GoogleAfter multiple awful experiences with other estate agents, Minors and Brady were a breath of fresh air. Their staff are friendly, warm and have a fabulous 'can-do' attitude. They were very knowledgeable about everything they did, kept us updated at every turn and kept us hopeful all the way through the process. We completed on the sale of our property and our new home today. Sarah in the after sales team was great, chased up every thing we asked (as I'm sure everyone else was sick of the sound of our voices) constantly kept updating us and genuinely wanted the best for us throughout the process. GoogleI’ve found Minors & Brady an excellent estate agent. They’re always bright and cheerful on the phone and during viewings! To be specific, I’ve been working with Sarah Short and she’s been so helpful in getting my property purchase over the line. It’s been a very complicated process for reasons out of our control but she’s been helpful and informative every step of the way. Keeping me in the loop and also being personable and understanding too. It’s been a long process but we’re near the end and I’m glad I had Sarah as my sales progressor!
