Claire Wilson was superb to work with on our sale, which was no easy task with such a huge chain. Claire was extremely communicative and always on hand when required. I cannot fault the overall customer service of Minors and Brady and highly recommend to anybody looking for an estate agent.

Nagilla did an excellent job facilitating the sale of our house. She dealt with all of our questions and issues immediately and in a professional manner. It would of been a lot more difficult if we didn't have her helping us every step of the way. Would recommend Nagilla and the whole Minors and Brady team for those wishing to sell their house.

M&B have been absolutely fantastic for the sale of our first house. In particular Rosie, who has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and was incredibly helpful in talking to our onward purchase agent to hurry them along for various things! Also Jack, who was great at explaining everything for a first-time seller and really great to talk to. Kirsten from marketing was also super helpful when we were putting the house on the market to begin with. I honestly didn't think it could be this pleasant dealing with an estate agent - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and especially for first time sellers - they are so patient and knowledgable.

Macey is the best example of a good Estate Agent. She has demonstrated good practice at its highest standard. She has been polite, never judgemental and very professional and supportive.I have met and had dealings with many Estate Agents through this selling and buying process, and Macey rates one of the best. GoogleWe had a bit of a whirlwind trying to sell out house due to a couple of buyers pulling out for their own reasons but Minors and Brady didn’t give up hope, as much as we nearly did! To start with Abi was top notch at communicating with ourselves around viewings, offers and any concerns etc and ultimately sold the house for us. And then Gina in the aftersales team has checked in weekly to keep me updated about the sale, this is so appreciated as then I didn’t have to do any chasing. Thank you both for your wonderful services.

A massive shout out to Julia in after sales who has been an absolute superstar. She has gone above and beyond to ensure not only my sale but also my on ward purchase happened successfully. She took so much of the stress off of my shoulders and I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. GoogleMinors and Brady have been so helpful through our recent house sale and purchase. There ended up being a lot of complications in the chain, which was no fault of Minors and Brady. Their staff were brilliant in helping us through it all. In particular, Nagilla was fantastic, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was sorted and really helped to ease what was a fairly stressful situation.
