Restoring faith

We have been looking at houses with several different estate agents and to be honest most don’t have a clue ,this is the kitchen , this is the bedroom. You can see where I am going with this. I was speaking with my son and he said try Minors and Brady as he knew Jamie.As it so happened we found a house to look at from them.We made appointment very friendly and happy to help.we meet the agent, a young person and I was thinking ,here we go again. I could not have been more wrong. Friendly, happy, very knowledgeable, a good listener I’ll stop there. I just want to say that Jamie and other’s train and treat your staff well. And a special thanks to Emily Bygrave for restoring my faith in the young generation.

really unimpressed to find out landlords will request to have important information omitted from a listing, and these guys go along with it - irrespective of whether it causes confusion and wastes time. this is incredibly poor customer service. edit: will give credit where it's due, after leaving my review i received a call from the office who were very apologetic and understood my frustration. as much as i don't agree with omitting this information the way my complaint has been handled has definitely made me reconsider my initial review.

Much appreciation for Minors and Brady team!

We can not speak highly enough of Claire Wilson in the aftersales team. We sold through another Estate Agent and quite frankly are disappointed we didn't choose to sell through Minors & Brady as well as purchase. I am always impressed by this agency. Yesterday in particular was no exception.Hannah met us at a property and was perhaps one of the nicest agency employees I have yet to have met. Not only was she genuine in her approach to us but she was clearly very knowledgeable about the house she had listed. This is s rarity nowadays. Buying a new home is a very stressful…

Buying a new home is a very stressful process and what you need most is someone you can talk to, someone who you feel is on your side and someone you can check in with to find out how much progress has been made. Caitlin Cannell was this person when we bought our new bungalow recently. We struggled to get answers from our solicitors but in the end it was Caitlin who got those answers for us. She set up another viewing for us which enabled us to talk directly with the seller which was invaluable in finding out more about the property. Caitlin was the first to congratulate us and helped us when we asked questions about the keys. I have to say I wasn’t overly impressed with Minors and Brady over the purchase itself as we took a few days haggling over the price and once it was agreed heard very little from them but in the end we were pleased we had Caitlin on our side.

Friendly, professional, helpful

We arranged a viewing on very last minute and Minors & Brady were very friendly and without any issues accommodated the viewing. Lewis Hunt was waiting for us at the property for extra 20 minutes as we were travelling from far away. Lewis was able to answer every question we had, and helped us through the whole process. Minors and Brady have re-designed the estate agency business model. They ACTUALLY do what they say they are going to do. They are genuinely enthusiastic, creative, hardworking and diligent. Rosie Turley is a deal maker goddess! Things got very tough on our transaction and she remained tenacious and resourceful. Also the Marketing and Sales team stepped up creating great materials and professionally engaging with viewings and negotiations. Emily Bygrave was very knowledgeable, well-prepared and professional. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great detail we wouldn’t have thought to ask for eg. Where the original door was and how the house was extended over the years.
