GoogleSelling my mums flat was made easy by Gregory Brown estate agents in Staines. They were friendly, yet professional, provided good pictures of the home and handled the sale well. The only downside was the time taken for the buyers to obtain their mortgage. Staff were always available to answer our questions during the process.

GoogleThe Manager need some sort of treatment when it comes to dealing with buyer. Poor communication, Rude. I dont trust all their google reviews, hardly few seems to be true & genuine the rest or just 1 or twice contributor or call it a fake accountNegativeQuality

GoogleTried to rent a property for my grandmother and constantly being told they would call us back but never did. after almost 2 weeks they finally got back in contact with us they tried to SCAM her for over £14,000 saying she had to pay 12 months rent up front. Even tried to say she had signed to say yes but when we looked at the document again it was not worded as they said and as soon as we questioned them on this they try to change the subject..........STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I was absolutely delighted with the help and assistance they gave me during the transaction, and they have also assisted in a buy to let purchase, where their affiliated lettings company Octagon assist me with finding suitable tenants. During my working career I had over 25 years experience of working with estate agents, and I can say with confidence that Gregory Brown and their Octagon Lettings provide an overall excellent service, with added experience and courtesy.

FacebookOctagon took my holding deposit and after a week of no contact I am informed another tenant will be taking the property I considered mine. Regardless of reasons for this I now how no trust in Octagon to do anything on my behalf and by association Gregory Brown. Would not recommend either to anybody due to inability to do want I expect from an estate agent and would rather to do business with somebody who can communicate and deliver on agreements.

GoogleAs a small family we have a very bad experience with this agent whose practice amounts in my opinion to systematic unlawful discrimination against families. Over a period of almost three months we have contacted the agent repeatedly to inquire about properties and were rejected right away because of our children, although all the properties were 2 bedrooms and clearly suitable for a small family.
