Having reviewed your file I can see that Karen has worked tirelessly to try and find a resolve between both yourself and the landlord regarding the deposit deductions, but as the check-out report had quite an exhaustive list of damages noted and no agreement could be reached, it has had to go over to the DPS arbitrator for them to resolve. This is a free and swift service and will hopefully provide a satisfactory and fair resolution for all parties involved.
