GoogleThis is the worse estate agent I have ever seen,
Could you believe that after leaving a property it took them more than a month to process my refund deposit after deducting Β£190 for no just cause.I have never experienced this before with any estate agent. It is ridiculous

We are sorry that you feel you had to give us a one star review on this occasion as we pride ourselves on customer service here at Your Move.
The Β£190 pounds was deducted from your deposit at the point of you vacating and this was agreed between yourself and the landlord for the cleaning of the property. This amount would not have been deducted from you deposit without your consent and at the time you were dealing with our lettings head office and not the local branch. The time it took to the release the deposit was due to the negotiations back and fourth between you and the landlord regards the amount that was being deducted.

It sounds silly to have to write this but not all Agents off the same level of Service - Matt and his team return phone calls, the liaise excellently with tenants and find tenants easily, nothing is too much trouble. GoogleMy lady and me mum went view a house. So she put holding fee down and they didnt explain to her nothing about if shed get it bck or not. The house doesnt let dogs stay. So we had to get our money bck we went in n the lad who dealt with it wasnt in. Someone else told us we would get our money bck. So we rang up n they said we wasnt getting it bck as we dropped out. We havent signed nothing or anything. They basically have people off and they are ignoring us now. We will definitely be going citizens advice about these. Very poor!
