allAgentswhat a shambles they failed
what a shambles they failed to collect rent. u fill a form in to say no pets or smokers an what do u find cat hairs everywhere fag burns all over carpets. the tenant cut kitchen cuboards in half decorated the house as they pleased.not in a good way maybe they weredrunk when they did it. I would never use a letting agent again. if someone can tell why we pay them cos I have not got a clue

Personal Service and a Great Experience We brought a property and sold it through Jodi. She walked us through the experience and was always there for us even at weekends. I have now repeated the process on three occasions and become a landlord in Stafford managed by Martin and Co. The personal service was outstanding and I would recommend the service of Jodi and Martin and Co to everyone.

My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. Then she didn't reply for that until I write a They will tell you a fee once and then they change it if you are not careful enough.

The service is excellent and the attitude of the team is always helpful and of a can do nature. Tenants have been reliable and the properties have been consistently rented throughout the last 24 months. From the start we have been impressed and would recommend Martin and Co to all. Top notch!

GoogleMy experience has completely put me off being a landlord. Martin & Co failed on so many aspects of my management agreement that I have had no option but take the matter up with the Property Ombudsman.

From initial contact my property was advertised without delay and viewings underway. The communication and feedback from Martin & Co was excellent and every query answered immediately and even when asked a question out of working hours, the response was still instant. GoogleWas told no viewings are available as tenants are still there and will get a call once viewings start. A day later I get e-mailed saying the property has been taken. Would not recommend.
