I spoke to Nicole at DB Roberts early Saturday morning to report an urgent repair and within less than 2 hours a plumber had called me to say they were on their way to fix the repair. By Saturday afternoon the repair was completed. Prompt professional and understanding honestly can't thank DB Roberts enough!

Engaged DB Roberts to sell a property, Communication was dreadful, in a 12 week period i was promised call backs on five separate occasions that just didn't happen. When I complained I was promised a manager would be my single point of contact going forward - guess what? She didnt return my call! Following an email complaint the staff chose not to phone me (as the complainant and main contact on the sale) instead opting to phone my 82 year old mother (the property owner). On another occasion I progress chased and was told they hadn't anything to report as they couldn't contact a recent viewer. I chased a week later to be told they'd spoken to them shortly after my previous call but they just hadnt bothered to update me. Generally made to feel unimportant and an inconvenience. Have now moved agents.

Lisa and the team were able to arrange for us to view within less than 12 hours, got our property on the market in 24 hours, agreed a sale in 5 working days and negotiated our onwards purchase within 1 Day. We have had support obtaining a mortgage and have been referred to a conveyancing firm who have completed initial paperwork immediately. As far as selling and buying a property goes, we couldn't have had a better experience. Communication throughout has helped manage our expectations and reduced stress. Strongly recommend using DB Roberts. Hopefully our sale and purchase continues to progress as smoothly.

We have now been dealing with DBRoberts for about 7 years. Selling, buying - but mainly trusting them to help & support us with our rental properties. We can not rate them highly enough. Lisa is our ‘go to’ & she is supported by a great team of friendly, helpful, supportive, professional & knowledgable people.Most recently, we needed help & support in finding a new tenant as our current one had been successful in buying her own home. DBRoberts had found her for us in 2020 & she was a joy, so when she moved on we turned once more to DBR without hesitation. This time, my contact was Tia - & what a great job she has done. She has supported, guided & advised us through the whole process & kept us informed at every step. She has been a delight to deal with & a great part of the team. Once again, the team have found us what we think will be great tenants who will be moving in very soon with the minimum of delay so that there is hardly any break between our tenants - just enough time for our property to be inspected & any small jobs it needs doing to keep it in A1 condition. In this part of the process, we were supported very well by Alison, who we have come to trust as a good judge of character - & Lisa is always there as a guiding hand who oversees the whole thing.We feel confident that our new tenants will work out well - but we also know that if we have any problems or issues at all, once again, DBR will be there to help & support us through whatever it is. We also appreciate that they will be there to help our tenants too & we hope that they have felt supported, well advised & helped by DBR too. We like to think we are a team working together so that all concerned have a good experience. For us, we believe that DBR certainly achieve that.

Lottie and the other fella at Stafford, who's name I forgot (sorry) were excellent when I asked them to price my house. Unfortunately for me, I chose to go with someone else based purelyon location. They continued to monitor my sales progress with the odd call and advise what I should do next. There was nothing in it for them.Based on that my partner went with another DB Roberts office to sell hers in another area. They too was also excellent and sold her property within a day as promised. I then referred my brother to Lottie and would highly recommend anybody to use DB Roberts to sell their house.They're brilliant!
