We have let out property, rented property and had property up for sale with Connells Stafford, so I think it's safe to say we've tried all of their services. The customer service is excellent, Ed in particular always comes back to you when he says he will. The cost to let our property was very reasonable and everything was very straight forward. More recently, we've arranged to rent a property while our house is undergoing some insurance works. It's been an incredibly stressful time but Connells have made life much easier than it might otherwise have been. Thoroughly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Where do I start, Ed went above and beyond to make our experience as easy going as possible. To last minute requests to view a property on the day he managed to fit us in his busy schedule and didn't once make us feel that we had put him out. My entire experience with Connells has been first class. Cassie and the other staff I have dealt with must be commended on their professionalism and fantastic customer service skills. In what can be a daunting experience, my house searching was made extremely stress free....largely due to the fact that the staff were so helpful, accomodating, kept me in the loop, and just downright lovely! Special thanks also to Rosie, the lovely Mortgage Advisor, she explained everything to me thoroughly and explored all options to me and helped me make an informed decision regarding my mortgage. Connells quickly put the house on the rental market. They secured a viewing almost the next day and the same tenant signed a one-year tenancy agreement much to my appreciation. Connells were available to speak to at all times and their extended opening hours were useful to me as I work full time as well as being a landlord.

First time buyer. Went into Stafford office. Had my Was told there was nothing in my price range. Even though there was a property listed. My details were taken. Have literally heard nothing. I had a totally different experience with Dourish and JBJ. Really quite disappointed.
