Although we didn’t buy through Connell’s, We nominated Sian as our mortgage adviser. As first time buyers we were unsure of the process and nervous to start our journey. Keep away from this estate agent at all costs.i have never experienced anything like this. Very expensive to other estate agents, don't now why they perform worse than any others I've used. Ryan the manger is Very Rude and belittling . Ryan is nothing but a bully, jess is no better. They never followed up on my sale unless I emailed them or called them time after time. I've sold over 8 properties and never experienced such a bad service. I was also lied to by Ryan on more than one occasion. They told me different things and they said they didn't. No communication in that office at all I've told all my friends and family to keep well away from such a bad estate agent. They don't even rate one star really.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING Jon Hill at Connells Estate agents, I asked them to sell my property whilst I was away? FROM DAY ONE, I had to do all the chasing? Not just once, all through the selling process? Asked my daughter to go into the agents to find out what's going on? She got fobbed off, too? He lost my documents to the solicitors, Asked me to send copies back to him ? I had to re send documents to solicitors? I asked if he could take out a spoilt milk carton from the fridge?the next time he was doing a viewing, He said 👍, 2 months later, it's still in the fridge ??? I asked why there wasn't a sold subject to contract on the sign? He said the wind had blown the sign over, the new guy erected the sign, and failed to put sold subject to contract up??? As a complete novice to the house buying process- Sian Williams has been a saint! In our initial appointment Sian went through the whole house buying process and answered all the questions myself and my partner had- which as you can imagine was lengthy. she made us feel so comfortable and has definitely helped make this experience one we’ll look back on fondly! We didn’t have a property to sell, and purchased from a different estate agents but Sian represented us through it all and we couldn’t fault her. We were in a unique situation whereby the property we were purchasing went to probate during our purchase. Sian quickly became my go to when I needed realistic timescales to help manage our expectation. Having spent some time with some other competitors as well, I can deduce that Connells has a company culture that seems to be better prioritising their employees than the others. Whoever finds this comment subjective is welcome, but this is what I feel. I had worked with two Connells staff so far. I am very pleased with both of their communication skills. I’ve taken mortgage consultancy services from Miss Sian Williams in Connells. She is an excellent advisor with great communication, planning, and follow-up skills. She has provided consultancy according to my unusual case with utmost care. That was what I was looking for in today’s world invaded by Chatbots, ChatGPT, and OpenAI. It is wonderful to communicate with a professional human being with so much experience who also keeps track of the current market conditions and forecasts. I would highly recommend Sian to anyone for her mortgage services consultancy. The other staff was the Sales Negotiator Miss Imogen Lees. She had been very helpful and stayed patient with my family’s various asks. Always behaved friendly and welcoming. Hope to work with her in the future again.

Having started the homebuying process with no clue what to do or expect but the team at Connells provided more than enough guidance throughout. Sian was brilliant at helping me understand the mortgage process. Anything I didn't understand she would explain further until I understood it better. Always quick to reply to emails and calls and did more than expected to provide support. Imogen and Jet were also great on sales. As viewings with them went on, they understood my needs for a property and would be very transparent when suggesting properties based on what I was looking for. Would highly recommend seeing them if you are looking for a property.
