GoogleAlthough my sale didn't come to fruition through no fault of theirs BJB and Jo Evans in particular worked hard in marketing my property. Very professional, sincere and easy to to deal with. When my situation changes I will be going back to them.

Avoid this company if you want to rent your house out . Terrible customer service as unable to speak to anybody , they don’t return your calls . Paid for a fully managed service but you wouldn’t think so as often had to contact the tenants myself . Moved lettings agents this time around due to the poor service .

Newcastle-under-Lyme branch have used misleading photographs of an unsuitable property to obtain money by deception from a local charity - unless they return all monies paid and cancel the tenancy agreement, I would not recommend anyone rent from them.They were awful letting agents when I last used them, intrusive and unhelpful. And people wonder why landlords and estate agents have such a bad name!
Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.
