I have recently sold a property through BJB Sandbach. They are professional as well as caring. From first meeting the valuer Mark, this was always going to be a good experience. BJB property management has to take accountability for the appropriate maintenance of all their property which I am disappointed to say that they have failed at and are so incompetent at. Sadly enough this sort of practice leads to business discontinuity as customers are left very dissatisfied.

GoogleUsed these to sell my house, decent service, very good marketing and sales side. I'd hesitate to say ANY estate agent fee is anything less than very expensive but in relative terms I think these were good value for money and I'd recommend them.
