The most kindest and caring

The most kindest and caring estate agents I've ever been in contact with. If it wasn't for Belvoir myself and daughter would've been homeless. Sold my property, purchase of new fell through, Belvoir found not just a property but a home for my daughter and I within less than a week, the team really went out of their way to help us find a home in a perfect location. I had contacted numerous estate agents with my predicament, but only Belvoir could find me a home and moved in within 5 days. I have been living in my home now for 6months and Belvoir have continued to shine, I reported a leaky tap and it was replaced in a couple of days. I've requested to redecorate a couple of rooms, consent was given the following day. If I was a landlord I'd definitely want to use Belvoir, they take care of the house as if it were their own home. Despite the quick turnaround, Belvoir was very thorough in doing checks against myself, taking loads of pictures of the property, when I have my regular checks, again they take loads of pics, you know Belvoir are very particular. I will and do, definitely recommend Belvoir to both landlords and those wishing to rent not just a house but a home.

I rented a property though them for the first time in 2011, and after a short break came straight back to them. I've used a few of the letting agents in stafford over my 9 years and have had some awful experiences, including being evicted for asking for basic improvements to a property such as getting rid of the damp! The staff at Belvoir are the only ones I have had the pleasure to rent from who actually care about the Tennant. They go above and beyond to ensure you get fair treatment, act quickly with repairs, and keep on top of inspections, working with you to ensure Tennant and landlord will be happy. Even after I left the property I rented from them for 4 years, they were were helpful around an issue I had with losing some post! Highly recommended. Thank you for all you did for us ladies

I have been working with Sandra for almost 12 months now. Although we've never actually met, it feels like we do know each other well. And that's the beauty of working with Belvoir. They have a great customer care ethic. This is something I value very much when choosing to work with any organisation. I have been very pleased with the professionalism, discretion and the ability of the staff at Belvoir to work closely with their clients and to ensure they are working fairly so that the highest possible standards are maintained. I have had a bad experience in the past and so Belvoir are like a 'breath of fresh air' to me.
