GoogleI have been using Belvoir in Stafford for over 15 years as a landlord and whilst some of the staff may have changed the service levels remain the same and is first class. Always helpful and I never feel anything is too much with the service being providing exceeding expectations

GoogleThe service for my recent house sale was second to none, Geoff the agent that dealt with my sale was such a lovely chap with so much knowledge and experience, nothing was too much trouble, even answering calls and emails whilst off work in his own time. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use Belvoir/work with Geoff again in the future.

You made the online enquiry on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend, and left a 1* review on the Bank Holiday Monday. My staff work hard and deserve time off with their families! The office responded on the Tuesday and offered you viewings. I note from your numerous 1* reviews a recurring theme - Belvoir Stafford certainly did not deserve the review given the timeline and subsequent assistance with your property search.

Their passion to provide a good service is not just in favour of the landlord but tenants too; from the moment I enquired about the property to even today, the staff have shown the utmost friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. A great team who provide honest and reliable advice. They found us a Buyer very quickly and dealt with the admin very efficiently. The personal touch and honest approach more than made up for their size. A National agency branch achieved nothing in 6 months and the most successful in town seem to sell lots because they wanted us to lower our expectations and give the house away to keep up their statistics! Use them!
