"EXCELLENT..."

We rent out a twobed end of terrace and a fourbed detached and I cannot recommend BELVOIR STAFFORD highly enough. All of their staff are professional and friendly. In particular, Julie and Sandra, who have looked after us many years. They are so invested in taking care of the tenants and resolving any issues. They have provided us with excellent service more than 25 years and I have never had to get involved and sort things out myself. (which I have had to do with rentals managed by other agents ) They are very hands on when it comes to managing repairs, Their contractors are very professional and are never overpriced. When we had an insurance claim water damage, Belvoir Stafford helped us through the problems that caused. They are excellent at vetting tenants and our tenants have stayed us many years. On occasions when tenants have moved on, Belvoir found excellent replacements. When we decided to sell a third rental property, Belvoir quickly found a buyer and the sale went through smoothly. I’ve given this review chapter and verse, but having different agents our other properties, I know this one is the best.

Great service from Belvior property agents. From viewing appointment to moving in was great. Sandra is so patient and nice, I delayed her for few minutes as I had to take a break from work to view the apartment. They were also kind to offer us a second viewing after the first just to allow my spouse opportunity to make informed decision. Julie Andow‑Giles is also great as she can make everything happen positively just like magic. From start to finish the service I received from Sandra at Belvoir! has been second to none. When we called around prospective agents Sandra stood out from the first phone call, she was genuinely interested in winning the business and helping us to rent out our property (which was unlike a lot of other agents we spoke with). Throughout the process Sandra remained in regular contact, kept us informed of every step along the way and went far beyond what I expected to receive from a Letting Agent in terms of Customer Service (Service is a clear priority for Sandra). I feel that Sandra is not only the best contact I have found in the Lettings space but perhaps one of the best individuals I have come across in terms of Service in any industry.... genuinely very impressive!
