As soon as we walked into the sales office we were warmly greeted by Cathy, despite not having an appointment. From then on she has been very helpful, directing us to nearby sites to view relevant show homes and helping us select suitable additions. Her knowledge and care taken were very helpful. She also arranged for us to meet the site manager who is clearly experienced with good attention to detail which was very reassuring. So far, it’s been a very positive experience.

As much as the homes appear to be an impressive design the after service is extremely poor. My son, partner and three year old son have what appears to be a roof problem allowing water in causing a continual damp patch ( which has increased in size considerably) effecting damage to the wall. Multiple attempts have been made to have this repaired to no avail. He has effectively purchased a defective product. Phone call, after phone call, and promises to correct the problem have resulted in zero. This has now been ongoing for approximately twelve months. It is not good enough.

I moved into an Ashberry Home on Moorfields View 5 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Tracey was fantastic during the purchase process, very patient answering all of my questions and since moving in, the site managers have been brilliant, regularly checking in to make sure things are ok. There have been some snags as you would expect in a new build, but the contractors have been prompt, friendly and tidy in their work. Cannot fault Ashberry at all as everyone on the site and in the sales team has done as much as possible to make the process work and to resolve issues.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
