The sales rep on site was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product. He provided information about customisation from the outset which has been helpful in giving us time to plan and fund extras we might want to make our new home more bespoke. He is also available to answer any questions we may have. Communication with office is good so far. Early days but so far so good.

Great help from Lisa our sales advisor who gave some great advice, making things clearer with no pressure placed on the sale. Some good incentives helped us with our final decision. Would be 5star if the price on our sales sheet had not gone up by £3000 when we returned to place our deposit a week later. Shame the price on our sales sheet could not be honoured.
