Although our Sale is not yet completed as the house is still being built we have been really happy with the process so far. Jo, our salesperson, has been fantastic. The communication has been excellent. The information we have been provided with right from expressing interest to reserving to exchanging contracts has been very detailed.

Bought a home in January with Ashberry, sales process straight forward, used recommended finance and mortgage people who did a good job.Site managers Ash and James stay in touch and organise fixes or touch ups quickly and check all work has been done to our liking. So far the sales team/sales manger. Have been quite unreliable and hard to get hold off so far. If it wasn't for monies paid to other services mortgage advisors, solicitors ,surveyors etc we would probably of pulled out.

Went to book a home for a friend and the Sales executive was too Rude to me (she said she wont talk to me as am not her customer). Ashberry need to train their sales person on how to behave to the people properly. With this kind of attitude Ashberry homes are definitely going to loose some customers for sure.
