Tom and Shirley were fab and really helpful with the whole sale. I feel that the Ashberry website really lets them down with the lack of photos/virtual tours. When looking at other developers theirs are much better and gives the buyers a better idea of what they are buying.We are not moved in yet but have been extremely happy with the service so far.

After viewing the show home and with the project development coming to a end. With very few house left to purchase.We were able to secure a very nice 3 bedroom detached home.The sales staff were more than helpful and the process has been seamless so far.We will get the keys to our new home in December 22 and very much look forward to spacing our new home with Ashberry Homes.

TrustpilotPoor customer service from Ashberry / Bellway
We bought a house from Ashberry Homes last year. The house was ready before we were ready to move in so they rushed all the handover paperwork to transfer the responsibility to the aftersales customer care team. When we moved in, we found out that the garden was messy and the carpets were not cleaned. After multiple emails with the Bellway Customer Services (Ashberry's sister company), they agreed to provide an additional carpet cleaning service and a garden service. The loan was mowed on a very rainy day and the garden ended up with multiple bald areas. We contacted with them again, showed the pictures and again after multiple emails, they agreed to provide an after service to bring the garden back to normal. After 3 additional visits, the garden is still in the same condition and they don't take any responsibility from now on. The overall service was quite satisfactory until we had to deal with the after sales customer services team. Our advice to the potential customers is to ensure Ashberry Homes provide a proper garden before the move in date, otherwise you have to deal with the poor after-sales customer services and may end up with no success on your issues.

The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.
