We have recently completed the sale of our home via Karen and Lana at K Allan Properties. Kindness, honesty and integrity are not words I would usually associate with Estate Agents, but this amazing team, based in Orkney, but rapidly expanding across Scotland, have these invaluable qualities. When it comes to selling your house it is nerve wracking for anyone. You are laid bare before a process most of us are unfamiliar with, yet have to engage with to find the most basic of human needs....a home. Karen runs her business with an understanding of this at its heart. I am not one to wax lyrical about local businesses, but I genuinely want to point folk in Karen's direction . It won't always be easy or straightforward, but you can be sure that Karen will be honest with you, tell you things as they are, and fight your corner if required. They don't do 5+ reviews on Trustpilot.....but a very few businesses deserve them.
