From start to finish Karen and went the extra mile, securing multiple viewings and offers in record time. Communication was great and I felt confident that the sale was being handled professionally. When compared with other estate agents I have used both in Orkney and on the Scottish mainland, she is leagues ahead and I would happy to (and have!) recommended her services to others thinking of buying and selling.

FacebookI would highly recommend K Allan’s when it comes to selling property, Karen has already sold 2 properties for myself and one for a friend I recommended her to, something I wouldn’t have done if not entirely happy with her service, I wouldn’t look elsewhere when it comes to selling property. Not only was Karen always within reach she also sold all 3 properties for over the valuation.

She treated me with respect and understanding throught out this process. Her team are very professional and very much an asset to Karen. She is reasonably priced for all that she does.
