Fantastic! Karen has been with us for every step of the sales process. They have been true professionals, offering advice and assistance 24/7. I was working abroad during most of the sales process, Karen made sure that the house in Westray was photographed professionally in my absence, offered advice on solicitors, and guided us through the whole process, 110% recommended. FacebookKaren Allan was recommended to me by a friend. I signed up with her and never regretted it. She was true to her word and worked tirelessly to market our property. I liked the fact that she kept me up to date with progress even out with office hours and the weekend which is something not all estate agents will do. She also knows the market well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone unless I was absolutely content with their service but I have no hesitation in recommending her. She is friendly and approachable and gets the job done. It’s been a pleasure.

From start to finish Karen put our needs first.She was there anytime of day to answer emails and often would phone just to check in while our house was on the market to let us know how she was planning to promote its listing.No question seemed silly and she made the whole process as stressfree as possible. We had a bit of urgency selling our house and Karen had the listing up the same day she came and took pictues. She does not hang about! She has an eye for detail and had our house staged perfectly and resulted in a sale in just a few weeks. Would highly reccomend selling with Karen.
