I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for over a week. When I call they say someone will call me with in two hours. I have made several calls and to this date no one from their customer service contacted me.

Run away. Orbit housing association is a joke, MPS is a contractor that either sits in their vans outside your home and then drive off or don't repair to a satisfactory condition. I have now had to get the housing association ombudsman involved but I'm still waiting. This association is a joke

If i could give orbit a minus then i would have done so without question. Do not under any way take a property from these people. orbit south are a complete joke and the housing officer for our area almost doesn't exist.

Horrendous start as a new tenant. Absolutely horrendous. I know the reply for this will be to email the customer support email, but funny enough they don’t reply anyway.Not even been a tenant a month yet and we’ve had enough of them.
