TrustpilotOrbit homes, pretty, but pretty poor
Orbit built houses, the estate is called aspires. They have done nothing about community issues, such as a fire hydrant in the wrong place, and put it under someones parking space. They are now demanding lots of money for doing nothing. They are meant to look after the area, but have failed to do so.

Well I hope they are quicker sorting my mutual exchange out I understand that we have had lockdown but work men are out and visiting people in there homes I have always found orbit housing association to be very helpful and fair especially with repairs and quick to come out and get it sorted

I called orbit four times in one day for an emergency repair ( window shattered upon opening, old windows) I waited 11 hours, not good but the service centre staff went above and beyond and the window has been boarded up awaiting repair ( bit nervous in case I have to chase them) will take three weeks for a replacement ( not good either) but thanks orbit for taking the time to reassure me .

Morgans customer service is excellent. She has a fantastic manner on the phone and she's so polite and understanding. Morgan seemed very knowledgeable regarding the services Orbit provide for tenants who have fallen on hard times.5 stars out of 5. I cannot fault the service that I received today.
