We couldn't have been happier with the job done for us by the team at Bennett Lorusso. From the initial valuation right through to completion they have been courteous, responsive and professional. What we liked most of all was that we were dealing with a small team who knew our situation inside out. We met Mike, one of the directors, for the valuation, and dealt with him throughout. Laura did a brilliant job chasing everyone else in a difficult chain and keeping us updated. The team were always happy to talk to us, gave sound advice and were easily reachable. We had initially considered using an online agent to save money, but Bennett Lorusso were worth every penny and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
