GoogleTHE BEST AROUND!!!!! Alan, Mike, Laura and the team are absolutely fantastic. They have a huge amount of local knowledge which is invaluable in knowing how to market your home. Nothing at all was too much trouble… after various reasons we had to market our property several times and Alan, Mike and the team accommodated us on every occasion. We both work full time and all viewings were arranged to suit us and the communication was second to none!! We have now used Bennett and Lorusso on two purchases and a sale and we couldn’t be anymore happier!! Big thanks to the team!!!

GoogleAn absolute delight of a company to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I appreciated the document received at the beginning of my purchase which outlined the order of all the stages of house purchase. Laura kept me informed of all developments as we progressed, and she was always very happy to find out anything I asked her. And nice that Mike was looking out for me to hand over the keys so I could quickly park up near the office. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI have dealt with so many people in my life, but I have never had such a bad experience in my life than this. I went to view a property and a man by the name of Alan Bennett was going to show us around. To begin with, he was late, and when he arrived late he didn't apologise, and all we saw was he had a miserable look on his face. He is properly the most unpleasant property estate agent I have experienced, he was rude and unhelpful when asked questions about the property, it felt so awkward that it was like you had to beg him to answer any questions, he was not happy being there and it seemed he didn't want us to be there. He kept saying he was very busy and had other properties to show people, indicating it felt we needed to leave. I'm not sure what's going on with his business, he was under pressure or short of staff, however what I can't understand, how can he reflect that image with potential genuine buyers. The whole experience was really bad, he put us off of the whole area, not only the property. If you are going to sell your property, I would suggest you to think twice before choosing this estate agent, specifically Alan Bennett. I was so genuinely interested in putting in an offer, but the experience left me with no choice just to forget it. I feel so sorry for the vendor who trusted this man on probably their biggest asset of their life.
