GoogleIt has been a pleasure dealing with Anthony Roberts for the flat that I've now been renting for about a couple of weeks. Harriet was amazing at sorting out the tenancy and Alison has been fabulous at helping me sort out some minor teething issues when moving in. Both have been very quick to respond to queries and have been extremely helpful. I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past and none of them compare to Anthony Roberts!

Russell handled the sale of my property recently and was an absolute star. He conducted most of the viewings himself and was patient, professional and always cheerful.Antony Roberts isn't the cheapest agent, but it really is worth paying that extra quarter of a percent for the knowledge they have and the great service they give. Thank you so much to Russell, also Catherine and James, for always going the extra mile.

We would thoroughly recommend Antony Roberts and particularly Russell from the sales team. He was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase process; professional, trustworthy and really friendly. He always made sure we were up to date with what was happening and always had time to answer our questions. We couldn’t be happier with AR and feel very lucky to have found an agent who was so professional and yet so friendly at the same time. Extremely grateful to have crossed paths with Russell. They were as professional as you would expect but their human touch and obvious sympathy and care towards us made the whole experience a total pleasure. Over a period of time trying to sell our flat, we tried many estate agents in the area. When we finally started working with Anthony Roberts, the difference was noticeable - they are professional, friendly, act with integrity and always accessible to share their experience and advice. Toby oversaw our eventual sale and was a great liaison with the involved parties, proactive in keeping me updated and reassured. GoogleThe sales team at Antony Roberts are outstanding. Rob was our agent, he was utterly amazing. Anyone who has sold / tried to sell a house knows how stressful the process is, especially because things sometimes fall through at the last moment. Rob was very efficient and managed to quickly chase people to help with the speed of our sale. I never had a problem getting hold of him, or another member of the team who was more than happy to talk/ help me (and wouldn't just take a message for him!!) We felt that they were more honest than other estate agents who we have used in the past and they could be assertive without being aggressive. I would wholeheartedly recommend to them, especially Rob would as I have said was just amazing.

GoogleWell what can I say. There are not enough words to describe Just how utterly brilliant Russell and the team have been . I have had a very difficult sale - we have had months of wrangling with solicitors and freeholders and lease extensions etc etc. Vendors were absolutely amazing, patient when times were looking bleak! My poor buyer hung on for 5 months and again, we all held our nerve many many times. Russell was always hopeful, so so professional and just an utterly charming guy. A huge calming influence when I nearly lost the will to carry on. I will miss the hundreds of mails and conversations over the past months but, relived it’s all managed to finally get over the line. Well done Russell and the guys . I owe you a huge amount of gratitude. Russell needs a well deserved holiday ! Thanks guys Nick foyston

They see the big picture and also pay attention to detail, give good advice and they are very helpful to both tenants and landlords. We have been landlords for many years and changed to Antony Roberts Estate Agents because of some negative experiences with other agents, so we have been able to compare … Furthermore, especially if you live far away from your property, being able to trust your agent is key, and we really feel in good hands here and would happily recommend this agency to other landlords!
