We found Antony Roberts to be professional, helpful and responsive throughout the long- protracted sale process. James was especially helpful in dealing with extremely slow solicitors on the purchasers’ side and always kept us informed. Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, I would definitely recommend Antony Roberts.

Having lived in our old home for 21 years we were concerned about the process and potential anguish of selling the family home. It was a sensitive time as the children were leaving home but we really didn’t need to worry so much about selling to be honest. We interviewed a few local agents but trusted our instincts in going with Antony Roberts. Rachel and all her team in the St Margaret’s office provided excellent advice, gauged our way of working perfectly and helped with many incidental issues when we were not able to. Overall the sale was surprisingly easy and straightforward. They knew the kind of buyer we wanted and found them. Would definitely recommend you speak to them at the very least.

I recently sold a probate property through Anthony Roberts. It wasn't straightforward and there were quite a few legal issues. Despite this James was consistently professional and kept me up to date on any developments. He was extremely patient, knowledgable and reassuring. I would highly recommend Anthony Roberts.

This was our third transaction with Anthony Roberts, we’ve been both buyer and seller. My experience with estates agents has never been positive, though things really are different with this team. Communication was good and precise without being afraid to provide feedback of which some might not want to hear. Megan, Toby, Simon & the whole team at the Kew branch are truly fabulous and I look forward to seeing them around the village.

I was not disappointed, their knowledge of the local market was spot on and I felt confident in placing the sale with them From the time I discussed the valuation and marketing of the property to regular but not too many updates, and then a phone call to say exchange had taken place the communication and reassurance received was just perfect.

I have used Anthony Roberts to let two properties for well over a decade now and thought this time, there has not been a single occasion in which I was unhappy with their service, or charges. They are friendly and professional, and make the process of letting as hassle free as it can be, are quick to address issues, keep you informed of problems, but get them sorted quickly - and at a reasonable price. All statements and other documentation are sent through on time and are easy to understand. I have experience of other agents and while they have all be good, Anthony Roberts are certainly the best I have used. Absolutely no hestiation in recommending them. Catherine was amazing throughout the experience of selling our home. We spoke to all the local estate agents and went with Anthony Roberts, they got an offer of over asking before our home even went to Market and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Our buyer was a little slow off the mark as they had issues selling their home but Catherine and the team went above and beyond to make sure that deadlines were met and the process kept moving. Troubleshooting when issues came up. They care about what they are doing and do it very well.

Rachel, Catherine and Russell were extremely helpful to me when I was looking for a property to buy. They were warm and friendly, but also very efficient and responsive. They understood exactly what I was looking for and made efforts above and beyond to find the right place for me - so much more than just advertising properties on Rightmove. I would definitely recommend them as the best agent in St Margarets.

I wanted an agent that guaranteed proper grown ups would handle every aspect of my sale - from every phone call, to every the viewings, and every detail of the sale - and they more than delivered. No detail was too small and their advice led us to go to best and final offers on our flat - securing an offer over asking price in a really challenging market. Catherine, Russell, Ollie and the team were a true delight!

GoogleWe leased a family home through Antony Roberts for a year whilst our own place was gutted and refurbished. I have been in the property profession for circa 40 years, so I know how things should and shouldn’t be done, and I have to say that they really did do a good job. If and when things required attention, they had tradesmen on hand, often turning up on the same day to deal with issues reported and they were always quick, attentive and polite when we had cause to contact them. Property management in my view is a bit of a thankless task, but John Crane and his team deserve thanks for their efforts, and certainly I would recommend them to others looking for a reliable and trustworthy managing agent in the area.

Ben and Marc at Antony Roberts were fantastic. We moved to them after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent. Marc, the sales manager, was down to earth and realistic with his advice. He made us feel like our wishes and goals were important. His focus was on us as people, rather than just on making a quick sale for his office. This was abundantly clear when our first accepted offer fell through and we were losing hope that we would ever sell our house. With his guidance, we ended up getting another offer quickly and for even more than our previous offers.Ben was involved with the viewings (with his colleague Rob) and then oversaw the sales progression after we had a buyer. He was friendly and professional throughout, going above and beyond to help facilitate discussions between us, the solicitors and the buyers. He responded to emails quickly and ensured we were kept up to date. He tried to pre-empt issues so they wouldn't turn into delays. The sale would not have gone through as quickly without his help.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the personal yet professional experience. We just wished we had signed up with Antony Roberts from the start!

We dealt with the agency as buyers of a flat in Kew. Compared to my previous experience of estate agents over the past 8 years, I can say that this was by far the most professional and courteous. In particular, Simon Welford was extremely helpful and honest - no typical smoke and mirrors you get from many agents, no intimidation techniques etc. He retained communication throughout the whole process and chased solicitors to ensure completion occurred in a timely manner.

Antony Roberts aren't the cheapest agent, but it really is worth paying that extra quarter of a percent for the knowledge they have and the great service they give. We changed from another agent to Antony Robert's after a few let downs. Straight away we felt confident that the team would be able to sell our flat. All the team were very friendly, in particular Simon Welford who dealt with our sale. Simon was very concise, always communicated well to us even small matters and kept us updated throughout the whole process. It was refreshing to deal with them, straight forward and no nonsense. Would highly recommend them.

My partner and I had a great experience dealing with Antony Roberts to rent our new flat. John Martins was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving all our queries and it could not have gone better. The whole experience felt more like dealing with a landlord directly rather than an agency. We continued to receive the same level of support and responsiveness even after moving into our new property and I would definitely recommend!
