I have sold two flats in St Margarets with Antony Roberts, most recently in August 2023, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them. I wanted an agent that guaranteed proper grown ups would handle every aspect of my sale - from every phone call, to every the viewings, and every detail of the sale - and they more than delivered. No detail was too small and their advice led us to go to best and final offers on our flat - securing an offer over asking price in a really challenging market. Catherine, Russell, Ollie and the team were a true delight.

We worked with Anthony Roberts when buying our house in Kew this year. We have just moved house for the 3rd time in 5 years and I can comfortably say that partnering with Simon and the team at AR was the best (and most professional) experience we've had with an estate agent. Simon was the heartbeat of the process and even when other parties were lagging, his tenacity really made the difference. We would highly recommend!

GoogleGreat experience buying our first home from Antony Roberts St Margarets, and a special mention to James, Russell and Catherine. They were true professionals and really managed every step of the process well. As buyers, our biggest fear was being gazumped or otherwise ripped off, but Antony Roberts were 100% true to their word when they said upfront that's not how they operate. Lots of integrity, honest/open when having difficult conversations, willingness to help...I think I know who we will ask to help us when we come to sell in the future.

Very strong service selling my house in Kew. I’ve used Antony Roberts to buy the house, exclusively to let it over the last 8 years and now the sale.I’m in the process of selling another house in Acton through a different agent and the difference in dealing with the agent there is so noticeable.Phil, who throughout the sale at Kew was my point contact is motivated, communicative and bent over backwards to provide feedback, advice and support throughout the entire process.Sadly I don’t have any more houses to sell in Kew but if I did then I’d use Antony Roberts all day long!

Lovely people to work with. Always pleasant and smiley. What can I say. Told us they had just the people to purchase out property. Two days later, they had bought it. Couldn't be less troublesome. Then kept on helping through the tricky bit of getting from sale to exchange with solicitors driving us bonkers! Whole process took 3 months which isn't bad these days. All in all, eleven out of ten. In 1997 I bought a house in Sandycombe Rd from Anthony Roberts. They were patient and kindly guided us through a difficult purchase as the vendors chain broke up and they delayed the process by a few weeks. During this delay they fought off determined attempts by Gazumpers . 25 years later Anthony Roberts, especially Simon helped sell the same house . Again it was awkward, this time delayed by Probate and the Liz truss debacle but again they were excellent and even lent us some tools to fix the floorboards. If you ever wonder what is the point of an agent this experience showed us their value.

GoogleSelling our house in Isleworth was a little more complicated than the average sale. We would have given up on the whole process except for the help and guidance of Catherine Merrett and Russell Houston from Anthony Roberts. They were as professional as you would expect but their human touch and obvious sympathy and care towards us made the whole experience a total pleasure. We would not go anywhere else if we have to do it again and we would fully recommend them to every person we know.
