We sold our house with Thomas Morris last year. They gave me an accurate valuation and some great advice about how to market it online. They also really helped out with the photos advising on house to make my house look the most saleable. So much so we got an offer over asking price!! Thank you!!

YellGreat experience
We have recently sold our leasehold flat with Thomas Morris in St Ives. Jemma could not have been more helpful and the sale was not straightforward. She made sure we were updated and had to do a lot of chasing of the buyer’s solicitor which she did with good grace. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleLet my house through In_house very recently. They have handled things smoothly and efficiently, and Jo in particular has been great all along and a pleasure to work with. I used some of their recommended workmen to get the house sorted ready for letting and found them to be good value and to do a decent job. Definitely a recommendation based on my experience so far.
