Dear Jennifer I was sorry to see that you gave us a low review without giving any reason. I have looked through the checkout and cannot find anything that you disputed for deposit deductions. I can see that you opted for the end of tenancy clean, and you will understand from the checkout report that more than the average clean was required. Perhaps this is the reason for the low review ?
