GoogleWe purchased a property through this agent. We found they were very supportive in all our request and facilitated numerous viewings of the property without issue. All through the process we were kept updated weekly by Natalie, whom we found to be very professional. The day we collected the keys from their office we were presented with a moving in box of goodies - the only thing we would say is that they need to review the contents as many of the vouchers within it were out of date.
In summary we would highly recommend this agency. Many thanks.

GoogleI have recently bought a home through Ellis Winters and the whole process has been really positive. Initially I went to view the property twice and they were very accommodating, professional and punctual to both viewings; providing helpful information and polite service.
Once my offer was accepted on the property, my sales progressor, Natalie, was very helpful and checked in regularly to keep things moving. Natalie helped to answer all sorts of questions along the way and I greatly appreciated her help throughout.
The solicitor and mortgage broker recommended by Ellis Winters were also good quality.
Overall it was a good experience and I am very grateful for the service received.

GoogleSecond time we've sold via Ellis Winters and have nothing but positive things to say. Great communication, including feedback from all viewings. This might might sound like given, but having viewed many houses through other local agents, I can categorically say that the majority do not follow up viewings. Hey, there are some who won't even advise you when a property is available (despite being registered with them for that specific area) and sell it directly to one of their own vendors rather than put it out on the open market to get the best price from the most suitable buyers.
Great perseverance from Natalie to chase the sale and associated chain through to exchange.

GoogleWe have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected.
From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me.
We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request.
Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!
