GoogleHad dealings with them on selling a Property and amazing very step of the way kept you informed all way . Natalie was always at the end of phone along side over teams members . On letting side Debbie is wonderfully person . And again always at the end of the phone does what she says she going do .

GoogleJust moved into a rented property which all looked good... after 5 days of living here we realised the oven wasn’t working my other half emailed about this issue and the response she received was google it, the oven says it’s a indesit apart from that we have no indication of what model it is and no manual to help us fix the problem. I called the office a day later and explained someone is going to have to come out and fix the problem the lady I spoke to was nothing but rude and said if she sends somebody out we will need to pay for it although we have never used it before. It seems the people are lovely until you move into one of there places payed them there money then then couldn’t care less about the tenants .

GoogleAre you sure? Regarding the Google review of 1 star from Sandra L If you answer to a serious comment it would be nice and professional to sign your reply. In real fact as you know twice I was looking for renting a property and apply on line but I realized that as Sandra L it is absurd from you a 3rd degree interrogation. I would understand when both the party agreed for the letting and clearly details would be available to you, but not giving you before all the details where you do not need in the first instant. How many properties are you letting this morning? 5, so I do not see such Drama from you, lucky you are not letting in Cambridge you would come out with the idea or require from the candidate a blood sample or the question how many pints do you drink for week? Do you remember the old fashion application for Job? Selling: please read what you wrote your replied over Sandra comment it is not making any sense when the property talking about the" Exclusive further afield" .Are you sure ? check over the google map position or as you wrote "require more information", so if I have in a property in East Street of St Ives where do you think it would be suitable with new logo or the old ? How relevant is for you my property when you differentiate one logo to another? Should be equally relevant to you? this is why your selling of property stay longer on the market more than it should be. To keep things simple we offer our standard service for properties whose buyers are often local and our Exclusive service for properties whose buyers are likely further afield or require more information before making a purchase."

GoogleCowboys! Complete joke, do not use under any circumstances! left me without heating for 18months when I have a small child, never maintained anything, let themselves in without giving notice, tried to blackmail me using a reference to my new agent and then have tried to apply unreasonable deductions to my deposit! Disgusting company, official complaints coming they’re way.
