GoogleI was struggling to find a house to rent. But think estate made it all so easy for me, very responsive to all my queries and then finally found a perfect place. Now it’s been almost 3 months. The whole team is very cooperative and helpful. Maintenance team is absolute hands on, if there is any problem, they will get it fixed straight away. I would recommend THINK ESTATE always and forever.

You listened carefully to my requirements and worked diligently to find me the perfect property. Throughout the entire process, you kept me informed and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. When I first saw the house that you had selected for me, I was blown away by its beauty and the level of care that had clearly been put into maintaining it. Every room was immaculate, and I could see that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was perfect for my needs.

They took over the property I am renting in January and managed to sort all the issues (roof repair, window change, sorting leaks out) we had for over a year in a few months time. They regularly kept us updated of the whole process, and promptly replied to all of our queries. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone, this is an Estate Agency who deeply cares about the tenants as well as the Landlords/Landladies happiness and satisfaction. Very rare to find such decency these days, keep up the good work.

FacebookSo.... My experience with Think actually startwd negative. aftee a friend had a bery positive experience they came highly reccomended. However, after arranging a valuation I was upset to find out that just a few weeks latwr the pricinh stricture had chanhed and I was to pay nearly double of what my friend did. However, they were still competativley priced and going from thw feedback I decided to go ahead. The team at Think were amazing and a special credit goes to Matt who worked tirelessly with all parties and constantly pushed with the solicitors (who have been less than usefull) it is solely because of Matt that our sale didnt fall through and he was the person to give us regular updates! definatly a 5 star service and in hindsight the price is an absolute steal!
