They took over the property I am renting in January and managed to sort all the issues (roof repair, window change, sorting leaks out) we had for over a year in a few months time. They regularly kept us updated of the whole process, and promptly replied to all of our queries.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone, this is an Estate Agency who deeply cares about the tenants as well as the Landlords/Landladies happiness and satisfaction.
Very rare to find such decency these days, keep up the good work.

FacebookSo.... My experience with Think actually startwd negative. aftee a friend had a bery positive experience they came highly reccomended. However, after arranging a valuation I was upset to find out that just a few weeks latwr the pricinh stricture had chanhed and I was to pay nearly double of what my friend did.
However, they were still competativley priced and going from thw feedback I decided to go ahead.
The team at Think were amazing and a special credit goes to Matt who worked tirelessly with all parties and constantly pushed with the solicitors (who have been less than usefull) it is solely because of Matt that our sale didnt fall through and he was the person to give us regular updates!
definatly a 5 star service and in hindsight the price is an absolute steal!
