I rang to book a viewing for 2 properties on Friday morning, explained I was a cash buyer. The lady who I spoke to said there was nobody from sales available but took my details and assured me I would get a call back shortly. I waited all day and all of Saturday. Still no call back. Service is not good I am only glad that this office wasn't selling my property as they have now lost a potential buyer as I wouldn't buy through them. You would think that in the present climate that someone who has cash and is ready to move would be a priority. All I can say is that if you have a property for sale with them and aren't getting viewings this could be why. Sadly this seems to be the normal in this country now no-one cares about service. A sign of the times that one star reviews are more common than 5 star ones.

Amazing service. One of the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Georgia was amazing, We booked to view a flaat within a couple of days, Once views me and my partner were very interested. We wanted to pay the deposit and move in within 1-2 weeks. Georgia called us the same day and took our deposit and from there was avaliable to speak to from opening till close (via email or call). Any questsions we had we had an answer within the day. As well as any issues we ran into Georgia took over them and removed that worry for us. I have honesly never had such a smooth and easy journey when applying for a property. I would seriously reccomend Reed Rains to anyone now. Super kind and super professional, Can not fault! Thank you again to the staff and a big thank you to Georgia!!
