FacebookWhat can I say…. I have recently felt let down by another estate agent… I felt the quality of the photographs and their level of interaction wasn’t great. Jon is like a breath of fresh air! He cannot do enough for our sale, he’s by far the quickest and most reliable estate agent I have ever come across! He had literally had my property portrayed to the best of its abilities and made sure he’s gone above and beyond to achieve this! The quality of the photographs are the best we’ve had! And I can’t thank Jon enough for arranging all of this! Couldn’t recommend enough! Jon you’re fantastic! Thankyou!

GoogleFrom the very beginning it was very stange feelings that nobody even was interested in my existence. When I already gave up of waiting that somebody will reply about a property, I received viewing appoitment for it, even when agent said he not going to be there, I went to see it I wasted 30 min waiting and knocking a door for nobody.... Higly not reccomending...

GoogleWorked with Jon on the sale of a rental property, in a tough climate Jon was there for advice on “next moves” , prices, the market etc. He helped find the right buyer and then took over proceedings to clinch the deal. A nice laid back approach, no drama, plenty of contact when needed. Highly recommended.

GoogleI experienced horrible customer service with this company as a paying and polite tenant. They were rude and unhelpful when the landlord stopped communicating with me. I finally had to leave and even when I urgently needed a reference to get a new flat, they flatly repeated that it takes a week to process over and over again. EDIT: Paddy Holiday is a pseudonym, I hope you eventually take these terrible review scores seriously for the sake of your customers.
We notice you have changed your name on this review from ‘Pat Phone’ to ‘Paddy Holiday’, we have no record of either of these names. Be aware- we consider this to be a fake review!

GoogleI wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever rented from. They are completely unresponsive to messages and show no concern for tenants’ interests. During our tenancy, we reported a broken tap and a severely damaged outdoor fence. They sent a contractor who confirmed the repairs were necessary, but nothing was ever done. No follow-up, no communication, no repairs. When we moved out, however, they were quick to try and claim money for alleged damages. I didn’t dispute it because I just wanted my deposit back. They didn’t even carry out the end-of-tenancy inspection until two weeks after we had vacated the property. To make matters worse, they’re not even based in the UK, their main business appears to be in Spain which is their main focus. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable agent instead.
