GoogleI can't fault Jonathan one bit. He is a fantastic estate agent he knows exactly what he is doing and makes the whole process so easy . Jonathan is a really nice guy puts you at ease and go's through the whole process. He will set up a WhatsApp group with everyone involved in the steps of the sale so everyone knows where they are and up to. We can't thank him enough for everything he has done. I would highly recommend using this company and speaking to Jonathan

GoogleAmazing knowledge and help from Claire who showed us around a property that we were interested in buying. The fact that the floorplan includes the garden as well was a massive plus for as as I'm sure it would be for others, as I for one have not seen any other estate agents do that for their properties. The property information pack received from Claire was also packed to the brim with information!

GoogleJohn Allison hasn’t refunded my deposit or even contacted me despite multiple emails and tenancy on my garage ending over 1 month ago. Update: instead of an apology or helpfulness, Hayden Harle has responded to tell me how damaging my review can be to the business. Plenty of useless excuses as to why I haven’t yet been refunded my deposit (simply blaming an anonymous accounts team member). Shame that I had to resort to a 1* review to get a response. Shame on H&S for not even apologising for how long it’s taking to simply refund a deposit. 5 weeks later and ‘the deposit is being processed’ is the only update I receive.
