When she showed us around, she actually knew the property inside out. That was a big contrast to most other agents we met, who couldn't answer basic questions and just kept referring us back to their office!
She was really responsive throughout and kept in touch with us and our solicitors to make sure everyone was on the same page.
She even give us a lovely little gift when we moved in.
