I'm new to Enwistle Green after dealing with several different estate agents / lettings agents over the years. I found Entwistle Green well organised, informative, friendly, prompt at responding and with all that, very professional - I am well impressed with their services. I mainly dealt with Karen Mason, who I thought was very helpful and went out of her way to talk me through the full process. From the start, she went through the viewing, the application, and the move. Karen was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question and queries. She also came across friendly and informative, whilst also keeping professional. I phoned the office on several occasions and dealt with Samantha and Sam, who were both helpful, informative, and professional. Samantha also, took time outside of her busy working schedule to let me go and measure up, to enable me to order new white goods, furniture, so I could have them ready for when I moved in. On moving day, Karen also went out of her way to ensure everything was in place and kept in constant contact with me throughout the full process. If you want a professional, helpful service I would highly recommend Entwistle Green, St Helens.

Obstructive and awful experience

This is a review for the Bury branch. I am an 84 year old widow and I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company acts, and I will be pursuing them further, through the Property Ombudsmen. They were not providing an adequate service, with hidden charges and poor value for money, and when I tried to change to a different estate agent they claimed they were not receiving any emails. I know for a fact they were sent these emails by the other estate agents, as we were cc'd in the email chain, and Entwistle Green are just being deliberately obstructive. They have carried on in this way for the past few weeks, and they are causing me a lot of stress.

I have recently moved into a rented property through Entwistle Green. when I seen the property on right move I rang straight away and spoke to Karen who was FANTASTIC!! within 2 hours of me calling to enquire Karen called me back and had a arranged a viewing!! When I arrived at the viewing I was met by Samantha she was also FANTASTIC!! she was welcoming, very informative and nothing was too much trouble she even stayed with me and helped me fill the application in there and then when her shift had finished. She could advise with all questions I had. I was lucky enough to be the chosen tenant and both Karen and Samantha made the move in process streamline I received every thing they said I would when they said I would and I couldn't thank them enough for giving me a family home for me and my two girls. On moving in day i was greeted by Karen who made the process simple and straight forward. when she left I noticed two minor snags I needed rectifying . with one phone call she had arrange for these snags to be rectified one on the same day and one within this week. If you want Professional I would highly recommend you use Karen and Samantha at Entwistle Green St.Helens

Selling our much loved home for another that suited our needs. From the very start they had viewings ready for us and strangely a good few of them! We left them our key and they did EVERY viewing, chase up, and negotiation smoothly and in good time. Danny was really hard working throughout he was our sales negotiator, Ayden did our valuation and he was spot on and Vicky helped us with our mortgage advice. Everyone worked so hard for us and did everything they promised at signing. I really think if you are serious about selling or buying your home, just get intouch with these and have a chat with them, I can't praise them enough. Where can I start what a brilliant company! We’ve been with a lot of estate agents trying to find our first family home and wasn’t having any luck. When going with Entwistle green we were moved in within just over two weeks. Samantha and Karen were absolutely brilliant. They were also there to answer any questions we had even when we asked for another viewing. The house is brilliant and virtually brand new and with the support of Karen and Sam we’ve now got our first house. They were efficient and always kept us up to date with the progress of our application and the house itself. They were very patient with us as we have a little girl and so friendly. They even brought us a moving in gift box. By far some of the nicest people we’ve met. Would definitely use Entwistle Green again. Thankyou so much😁

Recently moved into a rented property using Entwistle Green and I must say I am absolutely amazed by the service we have received, from the very first viewing to receiving keys a few weeks later. Entwistle green have been 100% on the ball! Special thanks to Sam and Karen, who have kept us in the loop the whole time, giving us updates of we’re we was at with retrenching etc nothing at all has been any trouble for them. Amazing service and will definitely look to using Entwistle green in the future. Both Sam and Karen made our moving experience a walk in the park with no stress at all. This company are thieves. Beware of them. They call you unlimited to convince you to rent a property and when you pay Deposite they tell you that your reff failed and hold onto your money. Be aware of Entwistle Green, Countrywide Group, under Connells Group in the UK

We signed a contract for full management with Entwistle Green in Widnes (co-firm of Countrywide and Connells Group) to rent out our property. They caused us damage on a value of our property by about £30000. They concealed their income in Annual tax report to HMRC repeatedly, ignored our complaints, refused to do check up, charged us money for work which has not been supported by any evidence, they charged us for uncomplete services, they have not cared about the law and the rights, they puy phone down or did not pick up their phone, the have not replied, ignored us to provide the documentation, they told answers differently from thr facts, and also the opposite between their workers, they caused irretrievable damages to us-landlord. Entwistle Green and Countrywide team went on Christmas holiday and knowingly left a leaking water on the tenants' heads. They were irresponsible ignorants, uselest unprofessionals, told us the lies, has not provided documentation and services ordered by the law, uncomplete documentatipn, reports, in entory, and check-out report for which they charged us they deducted our rental income without any documentation, quotes, photos for and after repairs, they allowed tenants to change a whole kitchen without our consent, if they changed gas, electricity, or water they had not made the revision reports, they caused us-the landlord many problems, they have not cared about 6x unpaid rent in two months arrears but told us that everything was fine, that the tenants were happy. They made us to feel that we were robbed and the law was ineffective to protect us-the landlord.
