We had a truly terrible experience with Leaders, where we paid a deposit to take the house off the market, only to find out a week later that they had still been showing people round, and that someone who viewed the house after we had paid the deposit was being allowed the rent the house. I would never use these people again. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid them if at all possible!

My experience with Leaders has been the best! Lynn and the sales and rent staff have been so friendly and helpful, offering me excellent guidance and support, even more so as I have been living abroad for many years and the way of going about renting property has somewhat changed since I was last here. I am happily settling into my lovely flat here in Hove.

We highly recommend this agency, We're very happy in our new flat thanks to both Kerry and Vicky who have been very attentive and made so easy the whole process. Going the extra mile Kerry stayed late 2 hours after work in order for me to collect the keys due to train delays.
