GoogleWithout doubt the worst experience I've ever known from an agent. My partner sold his property through Fulfords, communication was poor throughout. We didn't even get a message confirming exchange or completion or to say thank you for giving them the business. We made an official complaint to which their response was essentially "sorry, not sorry". Thank goodness for the agent we bought through who kept us updated and in the loop. We wouldn't recommend using Fulfords and I wouldn't bother making a complaint either.

This also showed with Leah and Jason working together and them both knowing each stage of our sale, after a potential buyer dropped out they were quick to respond with putting it straight back on the market. What could of been a awful experience was made easy and uncomplicated by this team at St Budeaux. I would not hesitate to reckoned them.

GoogleWe spoke with several different local agents and decided to use Fulfords based on their knowledge of the local market and their sales plan for our specific property which differed to other agents. We listened to their advice and were realistic in our expectations and a buyer was found within a couple of weeks. Their sales plan proved totally correct and they didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver. Jason and becky was always very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fulfords and would definitely use them again🙂

GoogleAfter trying to sell my property with another "highly recommended" estate agent, and it falling through 4 times, I had basically given up and lost all interest and hope in achieving a sale. I gave the Fulfords St Budeaux office the chance to sell it and they did just that - within a short amount of time they sold it and got it through to completion! A great, straight forward, black and white talking estate agent who actually get the job done. I cannot fault the service, it has been 5 star and extremely professional. If you are thinking of selling in their area, don't hesitate to use these guys, you won't regret it!

GoogleWe went with this branch of Fulfords to sell our property after a previous estate agency which shall remain nameless, managed to only get 2 viewings and no offers in 3 months.
From start to finish the experience we had was completely different. All contact was swift, they secured a number of viewings eery quickly and we had the house under offer within a fortnight of being with them.
We opted to use the conveyancing service linked to fulfords parent company (countrywide) and despite initial worries of it being based in Wales and possibly slow and impersonal, we were pleasantly surprised that again the solicitor was easily contactable and each stage was completed as swiftly as possible. All in all I don't think I can fault the service we received!
