I would like to give a huge thank you to Jason for all of his help with our house move. Even though Fulfords was nothing to do with the sale of our house (we did purchase through Fulfords) Jason has been ontop of speaking to solicitors and even our own estate agent when things with our sale started dragging. He has kept us more up to date then our own conveyancers did and has been in touch every step of the way. We have finally exchanged today after 24 weeks and i'm sure Jason had a lot to do with this.

Definitely a 5 star review for everyone at the St Budeaux branch and a very special thank you to James in particular! Everyone was easy to talk to, polite, kind and thoughtful in every communication throughout the sale of our sister's home. I'm leaving this review mainly for Robyn the mortgage broker who works at this branch. Robyn helped me, as a first time buyer, secure my mortgage even through some challenges with an initial rejection. I found Robyn to be friendly and straight talking. She would always tell me what I needed to know, in a simple and transparent manner, which I greatly appreciated. I always got the impression she cared about my experience and securing the best deal possible, even going so far as to fight for my corner when it was required. This is exceptionally good service in my opinion. The only reason I couldn't bring myself to give 5 stars is because contacting Robyn outside email was extremely difficult. I think there is something wrong with the telephone number provided because it always just bounced me to an automated voice mail with misleading information about it being a group mail box. I am not sure this is Robyn's, but either way it was frustrating and would like to see it changed for future. Overall though, I strongly recommend Robyn as a mortgage broker, she was worth every penny.

As first time buyers, I can honestly say that Fulfords was the best people we worked with throughout our purchase! We saw the house we wanted, they got us in for a viewing on a bank holiday so we didn't have to miss work. James who did our initial viewing and took our offer has been absolutely wonderful, he's called and kept us informed of updates, he's chased things for us, and just all round he's a friendly and approachable person! Every time we've called the office they've either got us the info or we got a call back the same day. All the staff are friendly and professional! I did meet with their on house mortgage advisor who was also so lovely and knowledgeable- I don't think you'd go wrong sorting your mortgage out with her. I must have been on the phone to one of them at least once possibly twice a day for several weeks. Talking me through the mortgage process, the buying process and keeping me updated with the latest properties. Very poor estate agents! There is no professionalism when it comes to selling property’s. my experience in buying a property of them I was told that the sellers have got there management pack all sort so it will be a quick sell, all this was LIES!! The sellers are still missing important information from there management pack which is delaying buying this property.
