TrustpilotThe worst letting agency on earth
The worst letting agency going. Impossible to get hold of, refer you to an online site that doesn't get updated and doesn't work. Completely and utterly useless and get away with it because there is a million people applying to each flat. I hope they go into insolvency and have to give up all their properties.

One of the most pathetic estate agents in Edinburgh! Absolutely no respect for tenants.. they just do monologue and turn deaf ears to innocent tenants. Never Again!!

It's my first time renting an apartment in the UK. DJ Alexander made the whole process very easy and comfortable! I am so glad I chose DJ Alexander as my agency. I particularly want to thank my Property Manager - Giulia Ceccarelli! She has been very helpful and always there when I had a problem or question. I am very grateful for all of her help!

GoogleWe had a let in Crail for approximately 18 months. We found Braemore to be very responsive to repairs and always received a reply and a service call very quickly. We were mostly working with Isla and she was very helpful and responsive. Even though there some issues that should be dealt with by the owners, Braemore did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and hassle free.
