GoogleReceived fantastic service from Brian Moran at WHB as a first time buyer. He kept me sane throughout an extremely difficult wait for a mortgage, and chased the bank in question relentlessly despite horrific service levels on their side. I can wholeheartedly say the sale would not be going through without him. I can't recommend his services highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been recently dealing with Janki at WH Brown Estate Agents in St Albans regarding our rental properties.Over the past year Janki has gone the extra mile to identify new tenants and constantly kept me updated with progress at each stage.I have found her to be extremely professional and efficient and in whole a real asset to the WH Brown business. Kind Regards Will Chippington

GoogleI would absolutely recommend William H Brown after working with both Jasmine and Janki. They are both extremely friendly, responsive, professional and understanding. Planning a move is always a complex process, especially during stressful times like these, but my experience with them so far has really put my mind at ease and helped me look forward to it.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe absolute worst estate agents I have ever encountered .They will find you a tenant but will then proceed to mismanage your property. They paid our tenants rent late into our account. Deducted unauthorised amounts from the tenants payments. Fraudulently filled in a document and forged our signatures .They are now subject to court action to reclaim illegally retained funds. Dishonourable and unethical behaviour from this agency.

GoogleMy partner and I have received fantastic service from James at William H Brown. We were looking to rent our first property and James has made the whole experience so simple and stress free. He has been extremely proactive and efficient in getting all our paper work sent to us and has explained each step of the process to us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Made it a very smooth and easy process for us. We still have a working relationship a year on and hopefully will do for many years to come. They are an asset to W H Brown. Highly recommended. GoogleAs always, received an excellent service from Prabhakar when we visited him to re-mortgage our property. We were kept fully informed and received a very friendly and helpful service - even when we asked many questions, sometimes more than once! The agency was clean and tidy, light and airy. A nice building to spend time in. We will definitely return when our current deal expires.

GoogleWhen I arrived at the agency a few months ago looking for an apartment, Jasmine tried to help me in all the things that I needed and not only in the purely commercial. I am a foreigner and her help has been fundamental. It has been a very professional and efficient treatment. Congratulations on having such people in the agency...

Googlewe were struggling to find a house that accepted a dog. Another agent that previous had the property simply said they would not accept pets. Jack at William H Brown took the time to explain our situation with the Landlord and we got the property as a result.

GoogleI write to say that the lettings team headed by Janki and her assistant Jasmine have done an excellent job of finding me a tenant in such a short time and they were very helpful and supportive whenever I call them or email them. I hope they will continue their best work and wish them well in the future.
